Please follow the below setting for WSFTP

Step 1 - General


Step 2 - Advanced
Try to leave blank in Passive transfers box.
If fail to connect, try to tick it and connect again.



Step 3 - Firewall - leave blank


Step 4 - Click connect and you will see a test.htm in your web directory
